Our beginner swim course is designed to teach essential swimming skills in a fun, supportive environment. You'll learn the basics of swimming, including key strokes, proper breathing techniques, and how to coordinate your arms, legs, and body to move efficiently through the water. Safety is a top priority, with lessons on how to confidently navigate the deep end, including how to safely jump in the deep end. The aim of these lessons is to focus on becoming safe and confident in the water, rather than technique, if you already can float and swim a little bit, we recommend the intermediate course :)
Location: the pool we teach in is completely private without any male staff to make your lesson as comfortable as possible. The pool is heated and has bars all along the side to hold onto as the pool gets deeper.
