Already comfortable in the water but want to take your skills to the next level? Our intermediate sessions focus on refining your strokes, increasing your efficiency, and boosting your speed. Whether you're preparing for a competition or just looking to swim better, we’ll help you achieve your goals. In this class we will focus on Front crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly as well as practicing dives and turns.

.

Please note: If you are unable to attend a lesson, the session will unfortunately be forfeited and cannot be refunded. We encourage swimmers to attend all scheduled lessons to get the most from their learning experience.

Which Course Should I Book?

Choosing the right course will help you get the most out of your swimming lessons. If you're unsure, use the guide below.

🌊 Beginner

This course is perfect if you:

  • Have never swum before.

  • Haven't been swimming for a long time.

  • Cannot float, kick, or swim unaided.

  • Feel nervous or lack confidence in the water.

  • Prefer to build your confidence from the very beginning.

We'll take things at your own pace and help you feel safe and comfortable in the water.

🏊 Intermediate

This course is suitable if you:

  • Can comfortably swim at least 10 metres unaided.

  • Can float independently.

  • Feel fairly confident in the water.

  • Are reasonably comfortable in the deep end.

  • Want to improve your technique, stamina, and overall confidence.

Not Sure?

If you feel you're somewhere between the two levels, we generally recommend booking the Intermediate course, as it will help challenge you and continue your progress.

However, if you are particularly nervous or anxious in the water, we always recommend starting with the Beginner course. It's important that you feel comfortable and confident while learning.

If you're still unsure which course is right for you, please get in touch, we'll be happy to help you choose the best option.
